Nondestructive Examination Services
SI provides all levels of nondestructive examination services. These range from conventional MT, PT, UT, replication, remote visual, hardness and alloy analysis. We also have the experience, expertise and equipment to provide the latest state of the art techniques. These include Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD) UT, Annular Phased Array UT, Linear Phased Array UT, Eddy Current Array, automated multi-channel UT, micro-TOFD, and others. We specialize in the development, qualification and field implementation of unique, first time, and often difficult applications. We design the technique, build the tooling, qualify the procedure and then take it to the field. What differentiates SI is not only our extensive inventory of NDE capabilities and equipment, but our ability to select the most appropriate approach and provide realistic, meaningful results.
