This 16-page Nuclear Plant Services brochure describes all Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SI) services for nuclear power plants, including PWRs, BWRs, and CANDU® units. Support services detailed in the full-color brochure include reactor internals management, fabrication oversight, leak-before-break evaluations, license renewal, management of aging buried piping, NEI 03-08 and materials degradation management programs, new plant consulting, nondestructive examination, and more. Engineering services include structural and stress analysis, fracture mechanics analysis and risk assessment, materials/metallurgical/corrosion evaluations, piping analyses, root-cause failure analyses, and others.

» NPS Products and Services
This two-page brochure provides the contact information for all the product and service offerings in our Nuclear Plant Services division.

» Structural Integrity Overview
A new eight-page, full-color brochure offers an overview of all SI services, including SI's consulting engineering services for the nuclear, fossil, and pipeline industries, and specialized services for SI's Canadian clients. The brochure also includes a description of SI's Expert Solutions services for utility, industrial, legal, and insurance clients.

» ASME Code Case N-716
This one-page brochure briefly describes Risk-Informed In-Service Inspections (RI-ISI) as well as RIS_B©, a new streamlined RI-ISI methodology that can result in fewer inspections with no increase in plant risk. The associated ASME Code Case N-716 is discussed. SI played a key role in development of RI-ISI and RIS_B (Risk-Informed Safety-Based) methodologies by EPRI®.

»Area Potential - Earth Current (APEC) Survey
The APEC (Area Potential Earth Current) survey method is used to determine high corrosion potential areas while evaluating the need for Cathodic Protection system enhancements. This one page brochures takes a closer look at the Structural Integrity solution for Cathodic Protection in underground piping systems.

» BioGeorge©
Microbiologically influenced corrosion is an ever-present threat to nuclear plant service water systems, particularly standby and redundant systems – some safety-related – in wet layup for extended periods of time. Fortunately, the on-line, real-time BIoGEORGE monitoring system can provide early warning of biofilms before these rapidly forming films can get a toe-hold. BIoGEORGE also provides a reliable indication of the effectiveness of biocide treatments, plus feedback on biocide treatment selection, timing, and concentrations. BIoGEORGE is available only from Structural Integrity under EPRI license.

»Cable Aging Management
Working together with Kinectrics, Structural Integrity has developed a comprehensive cable aging management program. This one page brochure explores the cable aging capabilities used to prevent failures.

» Computational Fluid Dynamics
This three page brochure gives scenarios of analysis and tests conducted by Structural Integrity to assist clients with appropriate solutions regarding Computational Fluid Dynamics. The supporting data determines the appropriate next steps, allowing SI to create a customizable solution for our clients.

» Fabrication Support for Manufacturers and Nuclear Utilities
This one page brochure discusses our capabilities for assessing nuclear power plant components to maintain their integrity and avoid repair or replacement.

» License Renewal
Structural Integrity helps clients manage the regulatory process for license renewal. This 12 page brochure discusses several aspects for license renewal including the extensive documentation process required for power plants.

» Managing Buried Piping and Underground Asset Integrity Booklet
This 20 page brochure explores the various applications Structural Integrity Associates uses with its buried pipe integrity management program. You will also learn about the Buried Pipe User Community that provides support and management to MAPPro® Apps users.

» Materials Science Center
This one-page brochure on SI's state-of-the-art Materials Science Center highlights the wide-ranging capabilities of the Austin, Texas facility, including laboratory and on-site failure investigations, material evaluations, engineering and failure analyses, and nondestructive testing. Some of the Materials Science Center's particular specialties include optical metallography, quantitative microstructural analyses, fractography, scale and deposit analyses, metal chemical analyses, cryo-cracking, and in-place metallography and replications.

» Nuclear Plant Products, Services and Contacts
This two-page brochure lists SI's nuclear products and services along with all the key contact people for each service we provide.

» Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Services
With our advanced ultrasonic testing technologies, Structural Integrity Associates implements an NDE solution for any division in the energy market. This four page brochure explores nondestructive examination methods in fossil and nuclear plants as well as turbine generators. With over 25 years of experience, we are a global leader in development and implementation of advanced nondestructive examination (NDE) technologies.

» Plant Chemistry
This one page information sheet reviews the basics of water chemistry and corrosion mitigation. It also reviews SI’s capabilities for cooling and service water system chemistry.

» Selective Leaching
Selective Leaching is a key commitment in the License Renewal Process. This two page brochure discusses the process of Selective Leaching and the solutions we offer.
