At SI’s state-of-the-art Materials Science Center (MSC) in Austin, Texas, we offer comprehensive metallurgical services that provide accurate and timely characterizations, offering valuable insights grounded in decades of experience.

INSTRUMENTATION & MONITORING

Structural Integrity offers a broad range of critical asset monitoring solutions specifically tailored to safely provide real-time data acquisition and analysis. Various modalities of sensor technology can be permanently installed to continuously monitor an existing damage condition or to provide supporting data used to refine operational conditions to lower the probability of new damage.

Component Damage Monitoring (SIIQTM Platform) - wireless network meshing of thermal couple (TC) sensors, reducing time and materials for installation, supporting multi-sensor forms
Biofilm Monitoring (BG5 System)
Spray-on Transducers - real-time monitoring of active corrosion, cracking or other component conditions where UTT or PAUT technologies are typically used
