WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We request personal information when you register for training, request a service, correspond with us or engage in certain other activities through our Web pages. You make the decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests Personal Information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, some trainings and services will be unable to be processed. You may however, visit our site anonymously.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
We often use Personal Information you provide us to:
- personalize your experience
- provide you with information about new services and periodic emails
- gather research on future product ideas or website improvements
- to process transactions for trainings, workshops and seminars
- The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operation our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Please be advised that in certain instances, it may be necessary for Structural Integrity to disclose Personal Information to government officials or otherwise as required by our legal obligations.
Structural Integrity provides a number of ways for you to "opt-out" of receiving additional information from us or having us provide your personal information to our partners. We may offer you these choices at the time you give us your information. Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to an email communication and writing "unsubscribe" in the subject line in the email or by emailing us at email@example.com

Our Web pages do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Structural Integrity does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.
To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, Structural Integrity wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where we collect Personal Information from you on the Web, our goal is to provide a means of contacting Structural Integrity should you need to review, update or correct that Information. If for any reason those means are unavailable or inaccessible, you may send updates and corrections about your Personal Information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes in your Personal Information that we hold as soon as practicable.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If Structural Integrity Associates or its event partner cancels an event, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees paid with no administration fee assessed. Refunds will be made within two business weeks following the scheduled date of the event, using the original form of payment. For example, if you registered using a credit card, any refund owed would be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. We do not require your credit card number to perform refund transactions.
Registrants who are unable to attend an event are encouraged to request the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in his/her place. Substitution requests must be made by email to the event contact provided in the registration receipt or confirmation email up five business days prior to the event. For example, a Tuesday event substitution request must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday before the event. When signing in at the event, the substituted attendee will need to provide a copy of the registration receipt or confirmation email.
If someone is unable to replace the registered participant, a cancellation request must be made by email to the event contact. Fee-based event cancellations will be accepted till 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) three business weeks prior to the event. For example, a Tuesday event cancellation must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday three weeks before the event. Cancellation requests received after the deadline cannot be issued a refund; however, a credit for a future Structural Integrity event can be provided for use within 365 calendar days from date of the cancellation. Refunds or credits cannot be given if a written notice of cancellation was not received by the event contact prior to the start of the event.
Approved refunds are subject to a per person administration fee to offset financial charges assessed for providing the refund. If a refund request is received by the event coordinator by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) three weeks prior to the event, a full refund of the event fee minus any applicable administration fee will be provided. For example, a Tuesday event refund request must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday three weeks before the event. Requests received after the deadline cannot be issued a refund. The administration fee is as follows:
Cost of Event is $201 or greater: 15% of the registration fee. Cost of Event $50 to $200: $25.00 administration fee.
