Bruce has been responsible for managing many field personnel, management of corporate pipeline safety, compliance, oversight of engineering operations, and major construction projects. He has extensive experience in working with construction, operation and maintenance personnel to develop Gas Policies and Procedures that are realistic and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations. He has also worked with state and federal pipeline regulators to develop new pipeline safety regulations that are reasonable and practical for the industry through his work with the American Gas Association.
